What happens if an item is out of stock?

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will display the estimated availability time on the product page (for example, “Available within 7 days”). If an item cannot be restocked, it will usually be removed from the store. However, you can email us at rita@cavallinogroup.com and we will try our best to source it for you.

Do you ship orders the same day?

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day, but delays can occur if items are on pre-order, out of stock, or if additional credit card checks are required.

Are the product images and colors exact?

We do our best to display products accurately, but colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitors and digital reproduction. We cannot guarantee exact matches.

Can prices or product details change?

Yes, The Paddockcollection.com reserves the right to change product prices or sales conditions without notice.

How do I place an order?

Simply select your product, choose the correct size and quantity, then click “Add to Basket.” Once ready, proceed to checkout and follow the secure steps to complete your purchase.

Is my order secure?

Yes, all orders are processed over a secure, encrypted connection to protect your personal and payment details.

When is my order confirmed?

Submitting an order form does not mean acceptance. Your order becomes binding once we dispatch the goods. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted and shipped.

What if I am a new customer?

New customers will be prompted to enter delivery, contact, and payment details at checkout. Returning customers can log in to speed up the process.
