How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition with intact packaging to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase for a refund. Any item returned after 30 days will be refunded with store credit only.  Unfortunately we do not cover return shipping unless there is manufacturer defect or Paddock Collection error.

1. Please request a refund/exchange thru portal https://paddock-collection.myshopify.com/apps/return_prime 

2. Mail your returned item to:

Clearance Items are Final Sale and can not be returned. 

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. 

Exchanges

You may exchange an item within 30 days of your purchase. If your clothing item is in new condition, you may exchange your item for a different item, size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
