Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. If your item is in stock and you order your item by 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time we will attempt to ship your item the same day.

Carriers


For domestic orders we use both USPS (First Class, Priority & Express). We only ship international orders by USPS Air Mail. You have an option of choosing Priority or Express Internation Shipping. Please use the appropriate shipping option at checkout.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using First Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. You are able to get your tracking information in your order information in your account page.

Shipping Rates

Free shipping on all orders over $50. Other options are available at checkout. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. 

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Drop Shipping & Extra Processing Time Items

There are items that are drop shipped from the manufacturer or distributor. Most of these items are identified with a custom stock status. We will process your order as fast as possible, but with these items, they occasionally take longer and are out of our control. If there is a problem with your order we will contact you as soon as we have information.
